Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Silverline North Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Richmond, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
