Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rook Markets and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
