Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Cedar Nest Financial Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 995 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
