Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Redstone Rook Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
