Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
