Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
