Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Arts Center Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
