Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Silverline Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
