Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Loom Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
