Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Press produces print and digital publications in Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
