Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Summit Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Seattle, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
