Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Foxglove Junction Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tampa, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
