Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in classroom supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
