Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Clearpath Glen Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Richmond presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
