Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meadow Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
