Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Silverline Vista Press is a printer and publisher in Miami serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
