Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
