Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Cobalt Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
