Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cobalt Medical Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
