Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Fort Worth serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
