Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield Ember Markets Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 289 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
