Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Drift Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
