Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Stonegate Sable Community Partners is a Philadelphia charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in client intake. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
