Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Ironwood Summit Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
