Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Lumen Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of about 471 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
