Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
