Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Northwind Clear Arts Center is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
