Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
