Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Granite Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around school calendars that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
