Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Cedar Vale Markets Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
