Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield Clear Health is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
