Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Fernwood Sable Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
