Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Financial Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
