Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Field Press Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
