Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Harborlight Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Orlando supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of about 291 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
