Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Ironwood Maple Financial is a financial-services company in Spokane. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
