Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
