Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
