Senior UX Designer - content design (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Meadow Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
