Senior UX Designer - content design (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Bright Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
