Senior UX Designer - content design (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Pine Press is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
