Senior UX Designer - content design (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Portland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people based in Portland. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
