Senior UX Designer - content design (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Medical Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Portland. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
