Senior UX Designer - content design (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Pittsburgh, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling.
