Senior UX Designer - content design (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Philadelphia area, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
