Senior UX Designer - content design (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
