Senior UX Designer - content design (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vista Markets and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
