Senior UX Designer - content design (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Cobalt Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
