Senior UX Designer - content design (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Quarry Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Orlando design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around fare systems that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fare systems. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
