Senior UX Designer - content design (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
